Developing Sensitivity Behind Bars*

A psychologist's experiences in exploring the uses of sensitivity training in two prisons are recounted. Several encounters and marathon sessions are reported and suggestions are made concerning some of the distinctive problems and useful techniques in employing sensitivity training in prisons.
