| 摘 要： | 企业集群的发展离不开创新.高新技术企业集群创新主要沿着技术创新和创新网络两个方向延伸,前者是创新的根本,后者为创新创造条件、提供平台.技术创新与创新网络不能割裂开来研究.创新网络的提升水平已经成为技术创新不断提高的瓶颈,而技术创新的提高程度又影响着创新网络的提升.只有同步关注技术创新与创新网络,才能有效推进高新技术企业集群的创新.
