| Abstract: | The minority common law plays an inexorable role in promoting or restricting the construc-
tion of well - off society in western national regions. In order to feasibly ensure that the construction of well
-off society in western national regions car: proceed smoothly, the minority common law- should be at-
tached full importance in the process of the construction of national legal system. |
