Lyric of Ancient scholars is not the direct expression of emotion,and is not the direct outpouring to the readers.On the contrary,they express their feelings through images with special meanings.Plaintive images can be regarded as not only the fruit created by scholars as well as the carrier of sad emotional ideas,but is a portrayal of real life.So these plaintive images reflect various aspects of aesthetic value such as the parting sorrow of ancient scholars,the bitterness of women’s lovesickness,the missing of expeditors and decoys,the enmity of concerning countries and people and so on.
