The Constitutional Dimension of Rawls' Justice Theory --from A Theory of Justice to Political Liberalism

John Rawls' theory justice stages the aspect of periodic modification and transformation.. The article studies the establishment and transformation of his theory from the perspective of the western constitutional tradition .
