| 摘 要： | 从共时和历时的角度,分析公民社会充分发挥作用的条件.认为公民社会充分发挥作用既是生产力不断发展,社会分化、分层加剧、社会自主力量增加、权力不断让位于权利的历史过程;同时,公民资格的获得、一定量的非政府组织、法律至上、认同规则的契约型社会、民主的政治环境,也是公民社会发展、并充分发挥作用的共时条件.

| Abstract: | The full-play of civil society is a historic process but also depends on synchronous conditions.From a historic sight,the maturity of civil society is a process of productivity increasing,society dividing,an enlargement of society independence and power giving place to power.On the synchronous conditions,the achievement of citizen quality,a certain number of NGOs,it depends.And a Contracted-Society,the people are loyal to law,a democratic politics will also be important factors to the development and full-play of civil society. |
