| 摘 要： | 经济一体化在实现资源全球流动的同时，也不断伴随着经济、政治和文化价值观念的冲突，对此，必须确立全球经济伦理，合理规范全球经济一体化过程中经济发展与环境保护、一体化进程中各主体的地位以及国家利益与全球利益的关系等问题，使全球经济一体化促进世界经济的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Economic uniformization carries out the world moving of resolirces and at the same time goes along with the conflicts of economy, poli tics and cultural value ideas. So we must establish the economic ethics of the whole world and rationally plan the relationships of economic development and en vironmental protection in the course of the economic uniformization, the positio n of subjects, the relationships of national interests and the interests of the whole world in its process, and other problems, making the economic uniformizati on of the world promote the healthy development of the world economy. |
