浅论农村居民消费与收入关系之“悖论“

“消费是收入的函数”,影响农村居民消费增长的主要因素是收入水平。然而当前农村居民消费并不随收入增加而增加 ,有时甚至呈下降趋势。这显然与经济学基本原理相悖。根据弗里德曼模型和农村居民生活实际的分析可知 ,当前农村居民消费需求不足的深层次原因是农民的持久收入的主要来源——农产品的价格长期偏低 ,以及农民的消费行为日益理性化 ,风险预期增强

The Paradoxical Relationship between the Income and Consumption of Farmers

Consumption is a function of Income". Farmers' income is the main factor affecting their consumption. With the rising income, the farmers' consumption sometimes does not increase, or even decreases, which is obviously in confliction with economic theories. According to the economic model of Milton Friedman and practical analysis of rural life, it is known that the root reason for the farmers' passive consumption is that the price of farm products, the main source of farmers' continuous income, keeps low in a considerably long period of time and the farmers consume more rationally and foresee the risks more sharply.
