| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,苏中外经贸在取得较大发展的同时 ,也存在许多问题和不足。在经济全球化进程日益加快和入世的背景下 ,苏中外经贸要更快发展必须加快区域内部开放 ,彻底转变贸易观念 ,充分有效地利用外资 ,积极进行外商投资的载体建设 ,推进“走出去”战略。

| Abstract: | Recently, foreign trade in central Jiangsu has made great improvement. However, there still exist some problems to be solved. Nowadays since the step of economic globalization keeps speeding up and China has joined WTO, the even faster development of foreign trade in central Jiangsu will depend on quickening the internal opening of the district, completely changing the concept of trade, efficiently making full use of foreign capital, actively building carrier of foreign investment and advancing the strategy of going outside". |
