| Abstract: | In the light of modern translation theories and on the basis of an anslysis of the syntactic functions and the grammatical meanings of the inflected morphemes of modern English in the perspective of modern linguistics,the principle is proposed for the translation of the English inflected morphemes in E-C science and technology translation,i.e.meaning orientation.It is assumed that in translation practice the approaches that can be adopted include implicit translation,explicit translation or an integrity of the two. |
