高校博物馆场域下的文化育人

摘    要:随着高校博物馆的蓬勃发展,博物馆的文化育人功能逐渐得到重视.在场域理论的视角下,以文化资本为主体的高校博物馆,若想进一步加强自身的文化建设,应当从文化育人的角度进行完善.文化育人具体到高校博物馆场域下,呈现出"身临其境"的文化育人氛围、"润物无声"的文化育人生态、"言传身教"的文化育人优势、"水到渠成"的文化育人效果等特点.结合上述典型特征,高校博物馆应通过举办高水平展览、建设文化活动平台、实现辅助性教学、鼓励志愿者实践等路径实现传播知识、传承文化的育人目的.

Abstract:The educational function of museums has been gradually attached importance to with the booming development of university museums.From the perspective of field theory, the paper holds the view that university museums of cultural capital as the center should be completed from the point of culture education if they want to further strengthen cultural development of their own.The characteristics of culture education concreted to university museum fields include the immersing atmosphere, the silent and quiet environment, the exemplary advantage, and the successful effect.Based on the above typical traits, university museums should spread knowledge and cultivate students by hosting high-level exhibitions, constructing cultural activity platforms, achieving assisted teaching and encouraging volunteering practice.
