| 摘 要： | 针对中国煤炭企业的现状分析了加入世贸组织以后对中国的煤炭企业产生的影响,提出了在此环境下中国煤炭企业应该采取的措施,目的是使中国的煤炭企业更加适应国际市场的要求,增强企业竞争力,促进中国进一步的改革开放和现代化建设。 |

| Abstract: | In view of the condition of coal industry,the article analyses the influence on coal industry after China entered WTO,and proposes that under these circumstance China's coal industry needs to take some countermeasures in order that China's coal industry can adapt to the need of world market,and strengthen their competitive ability and promote the reform and open policy and construction of the modernizations. |
