培育和发展云南特色产业的思考

党的十七大把加快转变经济发展方式、推动产业结构优化升级作为实现未来经济发展目标的关键。作为云南这样一个西部欠发达的边疆多民族省份，要实现经济发展方式转变，必须深入贯彻科学发展观，立足自身比较优势，高度重视并大力培育和发展特色产业，推动产业结构的调整和优化，促进资源优势向产业优势和经济优势转化，进而提升区域经济竞争力和综合实力。

Development of the Industries with Typical Yunnan Features

The Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC has made it clear that improvement of economic developmental pattems and promotion of industrial structure will be the key to the accomplishment of the goals in the economic development in the near future. To achieve the goals, Yunnan, an underdeveloped multi - ethnic province in frontier regions, must put into practice the idea of scientific development, attach great importance to agricultural development based on its practical situations, optimize its industrial structures, promote the transformation of its resources in favor of industrial and economic development, and enhance its regional economic competitiveness and comprehensive strengths.
