同伴教育模式在体育特长生营养教育中效果评价

摘    要:随机选取娄底市5所中学体育特长生200人进行调查,可以发现,同伴教育教学使干预组体育特长生营养知识认知有较大提高、营养态度有明显的好转及营养饮食行为有显著改善。因此可以得出结论:采用同伴教育模式对体育特长生进行营养教育干预可以取得良好效果,做为一种新的营养教育模式值得推广。

Evaluation on Effect of Mate Education Model on Nutrition Education of Physical Education Specialty Students
Abstract:Through selecting randomly and investigating 200 physical education specialty students from 5 schools in the city of Loudi,we find that physical education specialty students in the intervention group have greater nutrition knowledge increased significantly,nutritional attitudes and nutritional dietary behavior improved significantly through mate education teaching.Therefore it can be concluded: nutrition education of physical education specialty students' intervention can achieve good results,which as a new mode of nutrition education is worth promoting.
