The Key Point of"to Promote industrialization via informationalization" and Policies Rearrangement

Promoting industrialization by informationalization" contains three requirements which are making informationalization and industrialization done all at once, giving the industrialization modern connotation with informationalization and hastening the course of industrialization by informationalization. "Promoting industrialization by informationalization" requires that information industries be developed fully, information technologies be made full use of, traditional industries be upgraded and the construction of information infrastructures be strengthened. My article maintains that industry policies, tax policies and investment policies should be made use of all at once in order to realize the goal of "promoting industrialization by informationalization ".
