盐酸多奈哌齐治疗脑卒中后失语的疗效观察

目的探讨盐酸多奈哌齐治疗脑卒中后失语的疗效与安全性。方法脑卒中后失语患者62例,随机分为盐酸多奈哌齐治疗组（31例）及对照组（31例）。治疗组给予盐酸多奈哌齐5mg,1次/日,共8周,对照组用安慰剂（维生素C）1片,1次/日,采用西方成套测验（WAB）和交流能力问卷（CAL）评定患者语言功能和日常生活交流能力。结果治疗后,治疗组WAB、CAL评分明显高于治疗前,与对照组相比二组间有显著差异。治疗组无明显不良反应。结论盐酸多奈哌齐治疗卒中后失语安全有效。

Therapeutic Effect of Donepezil on The Patients with Poststroke Aphasia

Objective To verify the efficacy and safety of donepezil on the patients with poststroke aphasia. Methods 62 patients with poststroke aphasia were allocated to donepezil group(n=31) or control group(n=31) randomly.In donepezil group,donepezil was infused at a dose of 5mg,once a day,for 30 days,while,control group were treated with vitamin C,1 tablet,once a day,for 30 days. The severity of aphasia were evaluated by AQ of the WAB and CAL before and at the endpoint of trentment respectively.Result The severity of aphasia(AQ of the WAB and CAL)improved more in the Donepezil group than in the control group at endpoint.There were no distint adverse reaction in donepezil group.Conclusion donepezil is effective and safety on treatment of poststroke aphasia.
