网络环境下著作权的侵权与保护模式浅析

信息网络技术的迅猛发展，使人们在更快更好地获得和交换信息的同时，也给著作权的保护带了前所未有的挑战。通过对网络著作权及侵权行为的界定，分析了网络著作权的特征及主要侵权类型，探索建立对网络著作权的法律保护、技术保护、行业自律保护的三种主要保护模式，以期对我国网络著作权的保护提供有益的借鉴。

Infringement and Protecting Mode of Internet Copyright

The rapid development of information and network technology, while enabling people to have a faster and better access to information, brings unprecedented challenges to copyright protection. Internet copyright infringement is defined in this paper with analysis made on the main features and types of copy-right infringement. It intends to establish three forms of Internet copyright protection： legal protection, technological protection and internal self-regulation and protection in the industry. Such a study can pro-vide a useful reference for the Internet copyright protection in China.
