基于“畅通重庆”的常规公交问题分析及对策研究

依据重庆主城区交通发展年度报告,对近4年的重庆交通状况作出分析：重庆主城区交通基本畅通,但公共交通分担率持续下降、小汽车增长量迅猛攀升,致使主城区交通畅通面临巨大挑战。基于构建＂畅通重庆＂,详尽地从居民平均出行时耗、公共交通分担率、干道平均车速等评价畅通的指标进行研究,进而剖解影响交通畅通的原因与制约常规公交发展的因素,针对问题提出对策性建议。

Regular Public Transportation in "Traffic Smooth Chongqing" :Problems and Solutions

An analysis to the traffic of Chongqing City in the past 4 years based its annual traffic development reports shows that the traffic there is basically smooth with a continuous decrease of public transportation and a rapid increase of private cars. The smoothness of traffic in the city proper is faced up with great challenges. In respect to the final goal of building Chongqing as a traffic smooth city, we scrutinize all the evaluation indexes to figure out the reasons and problems that contribute to the decrease of public transportation, including the residents average travel time, contribution rate of public transportation, and the average vehicle speed on trunk roads. On such a basis, we put forward suggestions to solve these problems.
