高校辅导员师德建设之我见

随着社会多元化的发展,大学生与社会接触的范围越来越广,程度越来越深,这就需要大学的辅导员对大学生进行正确的教育引领和指导。而最好的教育来自于教育者本身,高校辅导员与大学生的学习、生活接触有着密切的关联度,必须从＂其身正方能正人＂的自律性出发,爱岗敬业,合理定位,自觉强化自身师德建设,为大学生的成长发展树立良好的师表形象。

Improving the Moral Qualities of College Political Instructors

With the development of a pluralistic society, college students are stepping out of the ivory tower to contact with the commurnity in a wider and deeper way. In this case, college political instructors, who are closely related to the students＇ study and life, should provide them with correct guidance. As the best education comes from the educator, the instructors should improve their moral qualities by regulating themselves, loving their job and knowing well their roles, so that they can serve as good models for the college students and their development.
