| 摘 要： | 作为17世纪中叶英国最杰出的诗人,约翰·弥尔顿的民主革命思想突出体现在他的著作中。《失乐园》是约翰·弥尔顿最具代表性的作品之一,集中反映了17世纪在宗教旗帜下进行的英国资产阶级革命进程,热情地讴歌了革命思想,体现了约翰·弥尔顿的反叛精神。

| Abstract: | As one of the most outstanding English poets in the mid 17th century, John Milton＇s democratic and revolutionary ideas can be found in all his works. His Paradise Lost artistically reflects the process of British bourgeois revolution in the seventeenth century under the guise of reli-gion, enthusiastically eulogi-zes the revolutionary ideas and Milton＇s rebellious spirit. This paper analyzes the rebel theme in Paradise Lost in combination with Milton＇s life experience. |
