| Abstract: | In terms of the differences between the sentences structures of English and Chinese, the paper catergorizes the differences and makes an analysis of the instances appeared in interpretation. There are some important points made to be stressed on during the course of interpretation due to the characteristics of interpretation. The paper also discusses the three steps of interpretation and the methods and strategies employed, thus revealing the significance of the contrastive study on the differences of the sentence structure of the two languages to interpretation. |
