论道德教育的责任分解与整合

摘    要:道德教育的责任分解是德育研究的重要课题。道德教育要突出学校的主体地位,强调教师的特殊责任。同时,必须加强德育理论的整合研究及师资培训,以提高社会的整体责任意识为道德教育责任的终级目标。

Abstract:The disintegration of the responsibility in moral education is an important subject in the research on the education in ethics. This article is of the opinion that the moral education should stress the key role of the school, emphasize the special responsibility of the teachers. Meanwhile, the integration research on the theories of moral education and the teachers' training should be conducted to promote the social overall responsibility consciousness, which is the ultimate aim of the responsibility of moral education.
