激素对大花蕙兰原球茎增殖与幼苗分化的影响

摘    要:以大花蕙兰原球茎为研究材料,在MS培养基上添加不同浓度的激动素(KT)和萘乙酸(NAA),对原球茎(PLB)增殖与幼苗分化的影响.结果表明:低浓度KT(0.1 mg.L-1)原球茎增殖系数为3.2,幼苗分化率为12.2%;低浓度NAA(0.5 mg.L-1)原球茎增殖系数为2.7,幼苗分化率为11.1%.因此,大花蕙兰原球茎增殖和幼苗分化的最佳培养基组合是:MS KT(0.1mg.L-1) NAA(0.5 mg.L-1) AC(1.0 g.L-1).

Abstract:The experiment of protocormal propagation and spire differentiation of Cymbidinm grandiflorium cultured on MS medium adding kinetin(KT) and naphthalene acetic acid(NAA) was conducted.The results showed that the coefficient protocormal propagation was 3.2 for low concentration(0.1 mg/L)of KT,2.7 for low concentration(0.5 mg/L)of NAA.The per centum of spire differentiation was 12.2% for the former,11.1% for the latter,respectively.The combination of MS KT(0.1 mg/L) NAA(0.5 mg/L) AC(1.0 g/L) is the optimum medium for protocormal propagation and spire differentiation.
