| 摘 要： | 交通是可持续发展的基本支撑力量。在工业化进程加快和建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,大力发展循环经济的条件下,交通向现代服务业转型必须从产业认识、产业功能定位、产业发展模式与产业发展战略四大方面综合进行,只有加强设施建设,制定新的规划,培育新的机制,增强创新能力,才能提高转型成效,更好地服务可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Transportation is the basic supporting power for sustainable development.Under the condition of accelerating industrialization and making an effort in constructing a society with thrifty resources and friendly environment in the development of recycling economy,the transformation of transportation towards modern service industry must be carried out in a comprehensive manner in the aspects of industrial recognition,industrial function positioning,industrial development models and industrial development strategies.Only with the strengthening the construction of facilities,making new plans for development,cultivating new mechanisms and enhancing creative power,can we improve the effectiveness of transformation so as to render better services for sustainable development. |
