互联网网络内容分级体制的探讨及研究

互联网的迅速发展，使网络内容的监管迫在眉睫。美国电影分级系统是现代各国内容分级体制的源头，并对美国电影产业及社会产生了巨大的影响。通过对美国电影分级系统产生背景、发展变化过程、内容体系结构及具体实施效果的研究，得到对中国互联网网络内容进行更有效监管的启示，提出中国应建立对应国情的内容分级监管体系，设立相应的管理机构，更充分地发挥家长和社会的作用，以促进网络产业的健康发展。

Study of Internet content rating system

With the rapid development of the Internet, Internet content regulation becomes more imminent. The Motion Picture Association of America （MPAA） film rating system is the source of modern content rating systems and has considerable influence on American movie industry and society. Through the study of rating system background, development, the content architecture and the specific effects of the implementation, it is revealed that it is necessary to establish content regulation system and set up appropriate management organization in order to make more effective regulation on Internet content. Simultaneously, parents and community also play important roles in promoting healthy development of Internet industry.
