| 摘 要： | 在新形势下 ,高等教育进行创新必须明确目标、任务 ,制定具体措施 :在教育观念上 ,要树立产业化、信息化和国际化意识 ;在教育体制上 ,要破除计划经济时期延续下来的单一模式 ,建立多元化的办学体制 ;在教育教学管理上 ,要根据不同类型人才的培养目标 ,建立多样化的管理制度 ,以适应高等教育大众化的发展趋势。
