| 摘 要： | 尉缭是我国古代著名的军事理论家,其军事思想内核集中反映在著作《尉缭子》一书中,突出表现在以下七个方面:进步的战争观;灵活多变的"奇正"技术;重视将帅的选拔及民心的向背;赏罚分明,以法治军;以"权"为核心的用兵之道;"兵贵精"思想;加强对部队的训练和管理。
