| Abstract: | The article organizes the basic line of thought of the birth and development of eco - thought, makes a brief disucssion on the basic situation of implementing environmental protection in Western, expounds the inspiration of eco - initiated trend of thought in Western on the construction of eco - civilization from 3 aspects of the philosophical foundation of traditional ecological idea, international focus on ecological problems and the expresson of the public in environmental protection. |
