投资与消费的关系,是国民经济中的一个基本的、重大的问题。投资的目的在于扩大消费。缺乏消费拉动的投资,便成为无源之水,也失去了投资的意义和目的。从经济上看,没有消费支持的投资,注定将成为无效的投资,并因此遭受重大经济损失;当然,过度奢侈的消费能使一个富裕国家破产,消费率过高也会最终限制一个国家的经济增长速度。扩大居民消费需求应提高就业和居民收入水平,扩大民生导向的公共支出,提高社会保障水平。

The relationship between investment and consumption in a fundamental,important issue in the national economy.Investment aims to expand consumption.If the investment is lack of consumption,it will become the water without a source,and lost the purpose of investment.From an economic point of view,if the investment is lack of consumption,the investment is destined to become invalid,and therefore suffer significant economic losses;of course,excess consumption can make a rich countries bankruptcy,the high rate of consumption will ultimately limit a country’s economic growth rate.The expansion of consumer demand should increase employment and income levels,to expand the livelihood-oriented public spending and improve the level of social security.
