| Abstract: | Because the mould is big , some general mechanism can't be used, and the plastic produce cannot be got off from the mould. Finally the core moveable is made, set as an ejector; when the inject work is over, take it off by manpower. Since the shape is complicated,and except that the surfaces of plastic produce are 3_D, unite faces of cavities and coresare all 2.5_D, the mould is designed in 3_D with design , program, and manufacture integrated. |
