| 摘 要： | 当前高职教育进入了蓬勃发展时期，已占据了高等教育的半壁江山。高职院校图书馆人员队伍的现状如何，本研究通过对高职院校的调研，分析了高职院校图书馆人员队伍的现状及存在的问题，提出构建高职院校图书馆人员队伍的对策与措施。
