| 摘 要： | 发展旅游业对自然生态环境非优区社会经济的全面发展具有重要意义。文章探讨了目前自然生态环境非优区旅游发展规划存在的主要问题 ,并以陕北为例 ,提出了自然生态环境非优区进行旅游规划应注意的方面。

| Abstract: | Tourism industry plays an important part in the social and economical development in regions with non optimal ecological environment. This paper discusses the major planning problems of tourism development in the regions with non optimal ecological environment. Taking Northern Shaanxi as an example, this paper puts forward six suggestions of tourism planning in such regions. |
