| Abstract: | Practical knowledge is usually obtained by teachers from their practical teaching experience and plays the important guidance role in the management of teaching events.However,in reality,some incorrect cognition and attitude toward it hinder the teachers＇ professional growth greatly.Therefore this paper proposed a new perspective of the reflections for teachers in managing their practical knowledge in a reasonable and efficient way. |
