非物质文化遗产的共享性、本真性与人类文化多样性发展

非物质文化对于具体的创造者和拥有者来说存在本真性问题,而对其他人来说具有共享性特点。对于这些文化属性的准确认识,可以为我们解决人类社会文化发展问题提供有利的条件。非物质文化与物质文化的重要差别就在于共享的可能性的差别。联合国教科文组织推动非物质文化遗产保护的意义,恰恰在于借助这个文化规律,为人类社会寻求一个超越物质独占、消弭由物质独占造成的人与人、社会与社会之间的纷争,并成为推进人类文化繁荣发展、促进世界和谐的有效途径。

On the Characteristics of the Authenticity and Sharing of Intangible Cultrural Heritage and the Cultural Diversity of Mankind

A study of the cultural attribute of intangible cultural heritage leads us to further knowledge of its characteristics precisely.To the creator and owner,the intangible culture means authenticity;whereas to the other people,it is a sharing,whose realization makes the significant distinctions between tangible and intangible culture.Therefore the goals of UNESCO in promoting the intangible cultural heritage protection projects are to build up prosperous and harmonious societies in which all people can share the material and spiritual wealth beyond conflicts and monopoly.
