| 摘 要： | 大学生村官越来越受到人们的关注。选聘高校毕业生到村任职,是党中央对加快推进社会主义新农村建设的又一重大决策。通过调查研究多数大学生村官的实际任职情况和日常生活方式,针对大学生村官政策现存问题提出具体建议,并例举相关理由加以论证,对于完善大学生村官这个新政策具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Village officials filled by college graduates,an act launched by the CPC to push forward the building of socialist new villages,are gathering more and more public attention.After an investigation of the post and everyday work of the village officials filled by college graduates,some concrete suggestions in relation to the present problems with this policy are put forward with reasons listed,which might be of some meaning in perfecting this policy. |
