Third Personal Pronouns of Modern Mandarin:Flaws and Strategies

This article analyzed the flaws of the third personal pronouns of modern mandarin in theory and practice. On this basis, the authors suggested that we should create a new third personal pronoun which is sexless in order to avoid the negative effect posed by the old ones in application. Then, the author explained the new word＇s characters, and proved its reasonableness and applicability.
