| 摘 要： | 利用我国1999年的相关数据，对外国直接投资区域性分布的特点进行了研究，并利用线形回归模型对影响FDI区域性分布的因素进行了统计检验和实证分析。结论表明，当前我国FDI区域性分布严重失衡，各地区的经济实力、投资环境和地理位置的差异是造成这种状况的主要因素。对中西部地区如何加大吸引外国直接投资的力度提出了建议，指出改善投资环境是中西部地区面临的首要任务。

| Abstract: | This paper of studies the characteristics of the regional allocations of FDI in China based on the data of 1999. Furthermore, it makes the statistical test and practical analysis on the influential factors to the regional allocations of FDI on the basis of linear regression models. Thus, it is concluded that the present regional allocation of FDI is quite out of balances mainly caused by different economic strength, investment climate and geographical locations. It is of major task for the western regions to improve the investment climate. It is also suggested that some policies should be made on how to attract more FDI for the western regions. |
