| 摘 要： | 素质教育是现代社会发展对教育提出的新要求,也是教育本身发展的必然趋势.原有的教育观念要向素质教育观念转变,必须在学习方式、人才观、教师观、评价观、学生观等方面改变原来的传统观念,树立适应素质教育的新型教育教学观念.

| Abstract: | Qualified education is a new request that the modern social development proposes to the education,it is also an inevitable trend of the own development of education. The existed education idea should be transformed into the idea of the qualified education,the former traditional views about the study method,outlook on talents,teachers,evaluation,students and so on must be changed,and set up new teaching idea to adopt to the qualified education. |
