四川选举民主与浙江协商民主之比较

选举民主与协商民主是现代民主政治建设的两种重要形式，二者在我国的实践和运用，形成有四川选举民主模式与浙江协商民主模式。前者以自由、公开、竞争的选举为主要特征，推动了民主政治的发展，但由于缺乏协商民主作为有效补充，其发展前景堪忧；后者为民众搭建了一个与政府平等、自由、自愿进行沟通、交流、协商的公共对话平台，拓展了基层民主，但由于缺乏选举民主的作前提保障，其也陷入了发展困境。协商民主是选举民主的必要补充，而选举民主是协商民主的前提保证，二者共生发展是我国民主政治建设应有的题中之意。
