中国传统哲学宗教的特点与新哲学的建构

中国现代哲学的建构必须以满足广大群众的精神需要为目标,不能脱离现实,也不能失去传统文化之根。中国必须创造出与其大国身份相称的独立的现代的理念文化。中国传统文化的最大特征是非宗教性的文化,宗教不是民族文化的核心,儒家的伦理哲学才是文化的主流与核心。宗教在中国相对不发展,具有多元性和原始性,并有造神机制。儒家的伦理哲学同时承担了宗教的功能,具有满足信仰和感情的功能,同时,也具有政治功能。中国传统文化是道德主义形式下的宗教、政治、伦理三者合一的形式。中国新哲学的建构必须适应这种传统,承担起儒家哲学的功能。儒家文化不是历史,而是活着的现实,始终是中国人的生活方式。

Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Philosophy and Religion and the Construction of New Philosophy

The construction of contemporary Chinese philosophy must aim at meeting the people's spiritual need, not separating from the reality and losing its traditional culture,the root of Chinese philosophy. China should construct a unique and contemporary cultural idea matching its powerful national status. The basic characteristic of traditional Chinese culture is its non-religiousness; and religion is not the core of Chinese culture. Instead, Confucian moral philosophy is the mainstream and core of Chinese culture. Religion in China is not well developed due to its pluralism, primitiveness, and idolatrousness. Thus, Confucian moral philosophy serves as a religion, satisfying people's needs of faith and belief in addition to its political function. Traditional Chinese culture is a trinity of religion, politics, and ethics which are all under the form of moralism. The new Chinese philosophy must be adapted the traditional Chinese culture, shoulder the responsibility of Confucian philosophy. Confucian culture, with its long tradition, is a living reality and has been and shall continue to be the life style of Chinese people.
