| Abstract: | In light of the characteristics of Yunnan copper company limited and on the basis of the advantages of Computers in storing and transmitting messages, doing accurate and complicated calculations, the paper a argues that in order to design an effective management system for Yunnan Copper Company Ltd, it's necessary to apply the advanced management ideas and method into the enterprise operation and management so that greater profits can be achieved. |
