| 摘 要： | 中国社会的转型促进了制度伦理的发展，制度的伦理性诉求与伦理的制度化建设相互作用，推动了制度的完善和道德的重建。制度伦理建设既适应并推动市场经济的发展，也成为当前道德建设的关键和突破口。制度伦理建设本身需要通过多途径的努力得以实现，同时，制度伦理建设侧重外在规范性要求，必须与个体道德建设相结合。
