| 摘 要： | 民族民间艺术蕴含着中华民族特有的精神价值、思维方式、想象力和文化意识,体现着中华民族的生命力和创造力。民族民间海洋文化艺术资源更是区域文化资源的特殊形式。发展区域经济与繁荣民族民间文化艺术是相辅相成的,经济持续健康地发展需要大文化环境的普遍提高。当今世界,经济文化一体化、相互交融发展的趋势日益明显,优化的大文化环境已越来越成为地区综合竞争力的决定性因素。

| Abstract: | Ethnic and folk arts carry unique Chinese spiritual value, thinking mode, imagination and culture consciousness, and embodies Chinese nation＇s vitality and creativity. Ethnic and folk marine cultural arts resources are the special forms of regional cultural resources. Regional economic development complements the prosperity of ethnic and folk arts, and sustainable economic development needs the improvement of sociocultural environment. Nowadays, there is a growing tendency to integrate and mingle the economic development and culture development, and optimized sociocultural environment is to be the decisive factor of regional comprehensive competitive strength |
