| 摘 要： | 身份标定了公民在社会中的地位和获利方式.根据身份配置资源、分配收益和分摊成本,形成了我国独特的转型收益分享机制--身份决定机制.由于身份的非选择性和身份转换障碍,身份决定机制因而成为产生社会不公的制度根源.为了实现公平正义,构建社会主义和谐社会,必须建立以能力为导向的转型收益分享机制.
