中国农民工社会权利状况考察报告——基于社会排斥视角的分析

中国农民工社会权利状况存在的问题很多，主要表现为：在工作权上，农民工工资存在问题较多，农民工休息权和劳动安全卫生权无保障，合同签订率极低；在社会保障权上，农民工参加社会保险的比例极低；在居住权上，农民工住房面积小、质量低、环境差；在受教育权上，农民工受教育程度低，受过职业教育和参加职业培训的比例低。基于社会排斥视角进行分析，我们发现正是户籍制度使得农民工与城市市民的社会权利即工作权、社会保障权、居住权和受教育权呈现出二元结构。

A Practical Research on Farmer Workers' Social Rights——From the perspective of social exclusion

Statistics show that farmer workers' social rights haven't been well safeguarded.Social exclusion to them is obvious:their wages,resting time,labor security,hygienic conditions,and contract signing rate are all in low levels;few of them are insured properly;narrow space,bad quality and poor environment are the main problems of their housing;the proportion of advanced education and vocational training for them is rather less. It has been proved that the household registering system in China causes the dualistic structure formed between farmer workers and urban citizens.
