| 摘 要： | 研究了动态能力及其在战略管理过程中的实现问题,并提出了企业战略过程中需要重视内部环境,系统构建了企业内部环境研究与控制机制。通过区分战略不同阶段资源,在Preble的融入危机管理的战略过程模型基础上,尝试构建一个基于动态能力的战略管理过程模型,从综合考虑企业内外部环境的视角出发,提出基于动态能力的战略管理过程模型。
