| 摘 要： | 通过对发达的市场经济国家反垄断法律制度的研究,阐述了企业合并中反垄断法豁免制度形成的依据,归纳出各国企业合并中反垄断法豁免的主要类型,进而提出了建立我国企业合并中的反垄断法豁免制度的具体构想。

| Abstract: | The author studies the law of anti-monopoly in the developed countries, explains the reasons of the construction of merger of enterprises exemption system and deduces the main types of merger of enterprises exemption.The author also raises some proposals of establishing merger of enterprises exemption system when making the anti-monopoly law in China. |
