| 摘 要： | 法家集大成者韩非具有丰富的社会思想，具体表现为“古今异俗，新故异备”的社会发展思想，“竞于道德”、“逐于智谋”、“争于气力”的社会变迁思想，利益驱动的社会交往思想和“势”、“法”、“术”相结合的社会控制思想。探讨韩非这些社会思想可以引起我们对历史的反思，对当今的社会治理有着一定的借鉴意义。
