大学科技园文化论

近年来,我国各高校通过建设国家大学科技园,使高校在科技成果转化、科技企业孵化、创新人才培养方面取得许多重大的建设性成就,并在理论方面获得较多研究成果。但以往的建设经验和理论研究大多偏重于硬件建设及经营管理等方面,当大学科技园经过多年努力形成一定规模、技术结构及人员组织结构后,其发展就不同于以往主要依靠生产要素投入的粗放型发展,转向一种更强调自身软件条件提升的集约型发展。为此,笔者提出建设大学科技园文化的理念,在当今社会科技水平、硬件设施趋于同质化的情况下,文化已成为核心竞争力,成为一个组织在竞争中成败的关键。本文从探讨园区文化的形成特征入手,通过分析影响园区文化的因素,提出大学科技园园区文化的功能及作用,并对我国大学科技园应具有何种文化提出了建设性的建议。

On the Culture of the University Science Park

In recent years,many universities of our country building the University Science Park,in this way,a lot of great constructive achievements were achieved in the transformation of scientific and technical achievements,the incubating of scientific and technological enterprise,the training of innovative personnel,and many research results in theory have been obtained.But past experience and theoretical research weight the hardware mostly.As the University of Science Park make the efforts for many years,it has formed it's own scale,technological structure and personnel and institutional framework,its development has changed from the past extensive development which depends on the producing factor input mostly,to the intensive development which emphasizes on it's own software promoted.Therefore we raise the idea of building the culture of the University of Science Park.Nowadays,the scientific and technological level and hardware facility of society tends to be homogeneity,culture has become key competitiveness which is a key factor to success of an organization in competition.This text starts with the forming characteristic of the culture of the University of Science Park,through the factor influencing the culture of the University of Science Park analyzed,propose the function and effect of the culture of the University of Science Park,and get some constructive suggestions of what kind of culture of our national University of Science Park should have.
