对建立高校保持共产党员先进性长效机制的思考

建立保持共产党员先进性长效机制,是巩固先进性教育活动成果,进一步推进党的建设的长期任务。高等学校肩负着培养人才的重任,探索和研究保持党员先进性长效机制尤为重要。笔者认为,建立高校保持党员先进性长效机制,强化党员意识是根本,制度建设是关键,组织建设是保证,工作实践是重要渠道。
